Wanting to cheer her up, Takasu exchanged cookies with her, tasting the salt instead of sugar. She ate one of his… and immediately cheered up.

Of course, that meant some ill treatment from Taiga… but Takasu just couldn’t leave her depressed and sad.

Taiga showed up at his apartment for dinner, witnessing Takasu’s mom in some exposing clothes. However, the schoolgirl didn’t overreact or anything… just pointing out that Yaya’s panties were visible. It was later remedied by words from their deranged pet parrot.

Taiga fell asleep in his apartment. Wanting her to leave, Takasu threatened to take advantage of her… only to be struck in the face.

The next day, their haggard appearances started rumors about the two’s relationship.

Their classmates began talking… and an overheard conversation only fueled their perverted imaginations.

That prompted Minori to take action… by dragging the two out.

Impressions

Tora Dora is the guilty pleasure that I enjoy with manga, much like Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu for anime. Extremely cute with how their relationship is… especially when both were initially going for the other’s best friend. Of course, they’re going to end up together instead but that’s not really the point here.

The combination of Taiga’s tsundere character and Takasu’s mistaken personality is just a winning combination. The scene with their classmates whispering together was great and the shock on their faces was priceless. Not exactly an original development but it really got me to laugh…

Takasu’s mom showed up briefly to provide the fanservice for this series. Really, even though Taiga has that clumsy personality, I don’t think her dominating character will take a turn for the MOE. No real loss since Minori holds that position… for now. I can’t wait for the next chapter for Minori to start lecturing the two. Takasu’s face of despair and Taiga’s face of disgust… It’ll be epically funny :)
